At the age of 22 years and 59 days, a dog named Puffles was recognized as the oldest dog in the world.
Pabbles’ account becomes much more impressive when you convert her age to human years because she is already 154 years old. This four-legged grandmother has lived in South Carolina with her owners, Bobby and Julie Gregory, all of her life. The dog is in good health and, like many pets, still enjoys playing and showing off her tummy to strokes. According to Julie Gregory, initially the family wanted to have a large dog, but when he saw Pebbles, he was charmed by her quaint appearance and mellow personality, so the dog went to a new home the same day.
They fell in love right away, according to Julie. Puffles continues to operate her canine business despite the constant shouts of congratulations that ring out at the home of her two-legged parents because she is content with her newfound fame. She enjoys listening to country music. Her two favorite country musicians are Conway Twitty and Dwight Yoakam. The Guinness Book of Records, Julie said. The Gregory family is extremely proud of their long lifespan and hopes that she will live for many more years. The dog’s owner acknowledged that “Pebbles has been with us through everything: ups and downs, good times and bad, and she has always been a source of light in our lives.”
