Texas is a state where cruel pet owners frequently abandon their animals due to the huge distances between major highways and residential areas. The same thing happened to this dog, causing her to sob as she stood by the roadside. Judy immediately stopped the car and came up to her. To Judy’s surprise, the dog limped into her arms despite having a limp and placed her melted face in a woman’s palm.
